• No smoking inside, not even ICOS (please smoke in appropriate areas)

• After 11pm please keep noise levels down, such as music and loud conversations.
• Close the umbrella when it is windy, it is dangerous for your safety and could break.
• When you leave home please: Do not leave doors or windows open.

WASTE

You will find 5 containers:

• ORGANIC (SMALL CONTAINER)
• GLASS AND CANS (GREEN LID): Rinse food residues from glass and cans and place them in the appropriate container
• PAPER (YELLOW LID): Rinse food residue from paper and cardboard and place it in the food container
• PLASTIC (BLUE LID): Rinse food residues from plastic containers and place them in the food container
• UNSORTED (ORANGE LID) everything not included in other waste

ROOM MAKE-UP

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday we will do a quick cleaning with towel change and waste collection between 10.45 am and 1pm.

EXIT TO THE SEA

From the villa you can directly access the sea, go straight down towards the sea and you will find a panoramic terrace (be careful not to enter the reserved area of the Romantic Studio), on the right a slide that reaches a small iron gate, sliding the padlock you can open the gate that leads towards the sea.

Pay attention to the rocks and any other dangers in the terrain, we recommend using suitable shoes for walking on rocks. Our insurance policy only covers what happens inside the villa.

When you return, close the gate behind you and replace the padlock from the inside, there is no need for a key.

CHECK IN

Please let me know your arrival time as soon as possible, and send me a confirmation message half an hour before arriving at the house, so I can welcome you in person without making you wait.

CHECK OUT

Check out is at 10am, please leave the apartment on time to allow the cleaning staff to be able to carry out the cleaning before the new tenant arrives.

If they are not already present, please turn off everything, leave the key on the bed and then pull the door behind you, making sure it is well closed.
